Martin Kleiven
Hi! My name is Martin and I'm a big fan building things, not breaking them, despite the belief of some.
Things I've Done
-
In 2016 I took Harvard's introductory course to Computer Science, CS50. During which I also answered 60 or so questions on their Stack Exchange plus a couple dozen on the subreddit
-
Later I did Udacity's course on software testing
-
I once used Arch Linux as my only OS for a couple months. So I have a knack for some things Linux.
-
I have experience in PHP, C, Python, and JavaScript. In addition, I don't have any problems reading Java, but I've never written a single line of it.
-
And lastly I've read some stuff
Things I'm Doing
While studying my second year of secondary-school I am also
- Interning at a web company weekly
- Instructing for Lær Kidsa Koding which is like the British CodeClub which is essentially Code.org--I think
- Writing crappy software that's slowly getting better. You can view my GitHub, though it doesn't contain everything I've done
- Blockchain sounds pretty cool, so we're diving into that now as well
- Actively moderating /r/cscareerquestionsEU
- Not programming. Sometimes I go outside and do other things
Things I Want to Do
- The Grand Redesign in the Sky (for this page)
- Other things yet to be named
